Inventory Fulfilment Officers / Warehouse Packers
*Job Scope
*
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce website which includes
- Fulfilling customers’ orders; Receiving, putting away, picking, sorting, packing, and despatch of orders
- Unpacking, stock count, sorting and arranging of new stocks / restocks into inventory
- Processing of customer returns into inventory
- Updating all inflow / outflow of stock using our in house inventory management barcode system.
- Monitoring product quantities and making sure products are restocked regularly Assisting in any other administrative tasks
- Facilitating in daily operations affairs that involves logistics/inventory (eg. liasing with courier, photoshoots, steaming of apparel)
*Requirements

- Strong computer skills and fast learner.
- Min N/O Level
- Basic Excel Skills required
- Able to work independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum commitment of 3 months, applicants who are able to commit for longer periods will be prioritized.
- Able to start work immediately.

Fashion Designer & Marketing Officer / Fashion Designer Intern
Job scope:
- Study emerging fashion trends and application to actual designs that will appeal LeChic's customers.
- Creating / visualising fashion designs; prints/patterns conceptualising and creating by hand or digital.
- Working with the Director in planning for emerging fashion trends and direction; planning for seasonal ranges and themes for upcoming collections.
- Actively involved in design forecast and product development.
Requirements:
- Diploma in fashion or design.
- Candidate is required to be very independent - can design and go through the process without any guidance, hence prior experience is required.
- Keen interest and strong acumen for fashion design
- Creative flair and passion for fashion designs.
- Keeping up to date with general fashion trends and possess a keen acumen for fabrics and colours.
- Able to do sketches / possess strong computer skills to make designs come to life
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin
- Travelling on a regular basis is required
